🏆 Head of B2B Sales
🏓 We are looking for an experienced leader to build and scale sales in the industrial client segment — manufacturers of dietary supplements, food extracts, and pharmaceutical products.
📌 Responsibilities:
- Manage the industrial sales team — assign tasks, monitor results, and develop people.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and personally lead strategic negotiations.
- Form and expand the client base, organize systematic work to attract new partners.
- Develop product promotion plans for industrial markets and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Participate in sales forecasting, marketing research, and demand analysis.
- Control the full deal cycle — from contract to closing accounts receivable.
- Represent the company at specialized exhibitions and industry events.
❓ Who we are looking for:
- Head of B2B Sales with at least 3 years of experience — preferably in related industries: chemistry, pharmaceuticals, food industry.
- A person who knows how to not only sell but also build a team.
- Confident user of Excel and PowerPoint.
- English language — conversational level, mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within Russia.
