Job Summary
You will be working with incoming leads and the current client base. Your task is to turn an inquiry into a signed contract and retain the client for the next year. This is not cold calling unknown people – qualified leads are already coming from the website, from the marketing specialist, and through recommendations.
What You Will Do Daily
- Process incoming inquiries: first contact within 15 minutes of receiving a lead.
- Qualify the client: determine the type of facility, region, and current maintenance situation.
- Prepare and send commercial proposals within 24 hours after qualification.
- Conduct negotiations and close deals: from the first call to the signed contract.
- Record every step in Bitrix24 CRM – this is a mandatory condition for teamwork.
- Call existing clients: check satisfaction, offer additional services.
- Renew contracts for assigned clients before expiration.
What is NOT part of Your Job
- Cold calling unknown companies from a directory – there is a separate employee for this.
- Preparing tender documentation – this is the responsibility of the contract department.
- Technical diagnostics – this is the work of engineers.
What We Expect From You
Mandatory
- B2B sales experience of at least 1 year: services, equipment, machinery – any field.
- Ability to listen to the client and ask the right questions, not just read a script.
- Work in CRM: manage deal cards, track stages, do not lose agreements.
- Fluent spoken and written Russian – clients communicate by phone and in writing.
- Systemic approach: remember every client, do not miss follow-ups, keep promises.
Advantageous
- Experience in technical maintenance, housing and communal services, building operations.
- Understanding of B2B client specifics: chief engineers, technical directors, facility managers.
- Experience with Bitrix24 – no need to learn from scratch.
- Understanding what a subscription contract is and how it differs from a one-time sale.
Personal Qualities
- Sees things through to completion: does not lose a client after the first "I'll think about it," knows how to re-engage without pressure.
- Not afraid of rejection: perceives "no" as information, not as personal failure.
- Honest with the client and management: does not promise the impossible, states things as they are.
- Results-oriented: knows their plan, tracks conversion, can explain discrepancies.
