Greetings, future colleague! 😊

My name is Denis Sibiryak, and I am the founder of the namesake community for entrepreneurs, №1 in Krasnodar.

We are looking for someone to join our team who wants and is ready to immerse themselves in the world of entrepreneurs and earn from 100,000 rubles per month. If this sounds like you, then read on! 👇

SIBIRYAKclub is a closed business community for entrepreneurs from solid niches with annual turnovers from 30 million to 4 billion rubles.

About us in numbers:

• 5 years on the market; • 80 major entrepreneurs — club residents; • Over 700 events held; • More than 150 events per year: VIP meetings, networking, masterminds, business reviews.

We offer:

• Fully remote work format; • Schedule 5/2 from 9:30 to 18:30; • Fixed part — 50,000 rubles; • Cascading bonus system: the higher your result, the higher the KPI; • From the first month 100,000 rubles, then from 150,000 rubles with no income limit.

Additional "perks" from the company:

• Friendly team: team building, birthday congratulations 🎉; • Corporate mobile communication; • Discounts on services from our partners and residents.

What needs to be done?

• Study the club's activities and fall in love with what we do ❤️; • Undergo training and master client negotiation scripts; • Work with incoming inquiries (no cold calling); • Interact with the current client base; • Maintain activities in the Bitrix24 CRM system; • Sell guest visits to the club for closed events; • Schedule meetings with future residents with payment for each referred meeting.

How we envision our ideal candidate:

• Active life position; • Readiness to work for results, not just for a salary; • Ability to conduct dialogue on equal terms with business sharks; • Understanding of what CRM and sales funnel are.
