Vacancy: Regional Sales Manager (Medical Equipment / Consumables)

We are looking for: A salesperson with experience working with healthcare facilities (LPU) who can negotiate at the decision-maker level (LPR) and close deals up to contract.

Responsibilities:

• Search and attract new clients (hospitals, clinics, medical centers)
• Full support of tender procedures: preparation of documentation, participation in bids, conclusion of contracts, shipment control
• Market analysis, monitoring of new procurements
• Reporting in CRM

Requirements:

• Sales or client service experience ≥ 1 year
• Real experience working with healthcare facilities (LPU) and decision-makers (LPR) (confirmed)
• Business negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships
• Independence, systematic approach, results-orientation
• Willingness to quickly learn the nomenclature of medical products
• Proficient PC user (Office, CRM)

Conditions:

• Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, fixed salary + %
• % is paid after the actual receipt of funds from the client
• Remote or hybrid schedule
