📍Moscow / Central Federal District | Industrial paints and coatings
Key tasks: • Development of industrial paints and coatings sales in Moscow and the Central Federal District; • Management of the regional representative office and team; • Development of relationships with key industrial clients; • Participation in large projects in collaboration with technical specialists; • Formation and implementation of a territory development strategy.
We expect: — B2B sales management experience with technically complex products for over 6 years; — Project sales experience with industrial enterprises; — Negotiation skills with heads of manufacturing companies; — Independence, leadership qualities, and result orientation.
Experience in the following will be an advantage: • with industrial paints and coatings; • anticorrosive and fire-retardant coatings; • enterprises in transport engineering, shipbuilding, metallurgy, or energy.
Conditions: • income from 350,000 ₽ + bonuses; • additional remuneration for personal sales; • hybrid work format / home office; • VHI (Voluntary Health Insurance) after the probationary period; • high level of independence and real decision-making authority.
