A TOP-3 company in the market of mechanized demolition and recycling of construction waste. A market leader with a 10-year history, demolishing iconic facilities (SK "Olympic", Renovation) and working with top developers (MR Group, Level, Sminex, PIK).
Business Scale Own fleet of 120+ units of heavy special equipment. Current portfolio 2.5 billion rubles. Goal — x4 (to reach 10 billion). The founder is young, ambitious, and works without bureaucracy.
Key Tasks Build a commercial system for the company's 4x growth spurt. Manage sales and the tender department (currently 4 people + expansion). Personally attract top developers and close contracts from 500 million rubles.
Leader Profile Experience as CCO / Development Director in general contracting or large construction companies (demolition, excavations, monolithic, infrastructure). Background level: Enka, Renaissance, Ant Yapi, Fensma, GK "Osnova", "Monolit", "Brusnika" or the commercial division of PIK / Samolet. Track record of personal deals from 500 million rubles, know Moscow developers "by face". Format: strictly office (Moscow), readiness to drive the business together with the owner.
Conditions Freedom of action, direct contact with the founder, fixed salary + % (discussed individually with the owner).
