The IT group of companies LANIT is looking for a Business Development Director.

Responsibilities:
- Promotion of the full range of LANIT products and services (computer and peripheral equipment, computer networks, portal solutions, development, technical support, services, maintenance, etc.) to large commercial and government customers;
- Establishing and maintaining contacts with decision-makers;
- Organizing the preparation of tender documentation and applications for participation in tenders for the supply of solutions;
- Fulfillment of sales plan in this area;
- Monitoring modern trends in informatization, identifying promising tasks and directions;
- Interaction with other departments and companies of the LANIT group in the process of forming proposal packages, preparing for participation in tenders.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B IT market project sales;
- Experience in participating in federal-scale projects;
- Knowledge of modern solutions and understanding of the IT market;
- Knowledge and understanding of the needs of the government/banking/industrial/pharmaceutical/retail sectors in IT solutions;
- Successful negotiation at the decision-maker level;
- Proactive life stance with skills in prioritizing and managing work autonomously;
- Creative thinking, problem-solving skills in non-standard situations;
- Communication skills, energy, creativity, result orientation;
- Own client base or project portfolio.
