CROC, an IT company, is looking for a Director of Corporate Client Relations with experience in IT sales in the Large Enterprise segment.
CROC implements 2500+ projects annually. They sell IT solutions for large businesses – over 700 clients from various industries: retail, insurance, banking, energy, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Increasing CROC's presence and sales in target clients and industries:
- Finding and attracting new clients;
- High-quality upsale to existing clients;
- Managing sales strategy and forecast, account planning.
Full deal management – from initial contact to contract signing:
- Identifying client needs and selecting optimal solutions from the CROC portfolio;
- Conducting meetings and presentations;
- Participating in the preparation of commercial proposals and technical specifications – in collaboration with technical experts, participating in tenders;
- Participating in marketing events and industry conferences;
- Correctly managing deals in CRM.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in selling complex IT solutions, understanding of the sales cycle, experience participating in tenders, ability to work a lead to contract signing;
- Experience in independently attracting and developing large corporate clients, negotiating with top management;
- Subject matter expertise – understanding of the IT services portfolio in infrastructure solutions, scalable products, managed B2B services, end-to-end technologies;
- Knowledge of the modern IT solutions sales market, "live" networking – relevant contacts;
- High level of independence, initiative, readiness to delve into the specifics of the solution portfolio;
- Higher education.
