A Commercial Director is required for the Russian system integrator KORUS Consulting.
Responsibilities:
Management of sales strategy for the HR Tech solutions department:
- Participation in the formation of business goals for the direction.
- Participation in the formation of financial goals for products.
- Adjustment of financial goals for the department by product.
Formation of the product portfolio:
- Sales and sales team management.
- Formation of product strategies (value proposition, segmentation, designation of "territories", products, and "named accounts").
- Ensuring the fulfillment of quarterly, annual, and other sales plans.
- Team management (hiring, onboarding, motivation, coaching, training, dismissal).
- Pipeline management (analysis, decision-making, filling).
- Participation in key client deals.
Relationships with vendors, partners, contractors:
- Marketing management.
- Formation and control of the implementation of the analytical and operational marketing plan for products together with product owners.
PR Management:
- Formation and control of the implementation of the PR strategy for products together with product owners.
Candidate Expectations:
- Ability and energy to bring ideas to life.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales of IT products (HR services, corporate portals).
- Ability to listen and persuade.
