Joon — a platform for candidate scoring (applications + sourcing);

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Sales Manager/BDM who will work with new clients, conduct demos, and close deals.

We are actively developing, so various opportunities will be open to you. If you are ready to dive into internal processes, make decisions that will affect the product, and generate new ideas for services with us — we are waiting for you!

Must Have:

• From 3 years of experience in b2b sales (preferably IT/SaaS)
• Experience with HR-tech products or understanding of HR processes
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from the first contact to closing

Nice to have:

• Good network
• Recruitment experience

What to do:

• Search for and attract new companies (outbound + working with incoming leads)
• Manage the full sales cycle from the first contact to handover to CSM
• Analyze the market and look for new growth points
• Participate in platform development
