A group of IT companies Softline is looking for a Client Director (Retail and FMCG).

Key tasks:

• Ensuring sales plan fulfillment in the Retail and FMCG segment for a dedicated group of key clients;
• Developing and implementing a strategy for long-term relationship development with key clients;
• Managing operational activities for sales development and client relationship maintenance to achieve the company's annual goals;
• Personally conducting negotiations for large deals, as well as building and developing communication with client representatives at all levels;
• Forming cross-functional teams from employees of related departments;
• Managing marketing activities within the client, participating in the development and implementation of marketing strategy for each key client.

Requirements:

• Successful experience in project sales in the IT sphere (software, hardware, services, consulting, etc.).
• Experience working with clients from the Retail and FMCG sectors will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the IT market situation and trends.
• Experience working with large businesses and understanding their specifics is desirable.
