IT company IBS is looking for a Business Development Director (Oil, Gas & Chemicals).
The program management division uses cutting-edge methodologies and modern technologies in its work, implementing complex and comprehensive projects. The division's team collaborates with major clients in the key industries of our country: from heavy metallurgy to light industry.
Responsibilities:
- Creation and implementation of sales strategy in the segments: oil, gas, and chemicals.
- Attraction of new customers, independent sales.
- Building customer relationships: establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Conducting negotiations with top executives, presenting IBS and its product portfolio.
- Preparation and approval of commercial proposals.
- After-sales support and monitoring of obligations fulfillment.
- Fulfillment of personal sales plan.
- Participation with business leaders in the formation and implementation of product promotion marketing strategy.
Candidate Expectations:
- At least 5 years of experience in selling IT solutions and services to Enterprise-level corporate customers in the oil, gas, and chemical segments.
- Understanding of industry specifics and customer needs.
- Experience working with large deals (from 70 million rubles).
- Experience in conducting negotiations at the decision-maker level.
- Ability to organize the process from scratch: from lead generation to project completion.
