Due to business scaling, IT company IBS invites the Business Development Director to the Program Management division team.
The Program Management division uses advanced methodologies and modern technologies in its work, implementing complex and comprehensive projects, among others. The division team collaborates with large clients in the financial sector of our country.
Your tasks:
- Creation and implementation of a sales strategy in the financial sector (banks, insurance companies, leasing)
- Attraction of new large corporate clients and establishment of long-term relationships
- Fulfillment of personal sales plan
- Conducting negotiations with top executives of enterprises, presentation of IBS and its product portfolio
- Preparation and approval of commercial proposals
- Contract negotiation and control of obligation fulfillment
- After-sales support and building long-term relationships with clients
- Participation with business leaders in the formation and implementation of marketing strategies for product promotion
Candidate expectations:
- At least 5 years of experience in independent sales of corporate IT solutions and services to large corporate clients from the financial sector
- Understanding of the industry specifics of the financial sector and client needs
- Experience in conducting negotiations at the decision-maker level
- Understanding of the Customer's procurement procedures (223-FZ, 44-FZ)
