Fintech Business Development Lead at Magnit Tech
The new Magnit Fintech division is creating digital transaction products to improve user experience and make shopping more profitable, simple, and accessible.
They are looking for a strong Lead to generate initiatives for sales funnel optimization and increase traffic across channels. This role will be responsible for effective interaction with our Network across all products. The role is suitable for someone who can confidently work with sales figures, conduct negotiations, and develop products to the required results.
What you will do:
- Organize interaction with the operational vertical of business formats for the implementation and promotion of Fintech products
- Monitor the business performance of Fintech products and form initiatives for their optimization
- Organize and manage projects requiring cross-functional interaction
- Organize the process of launching payment products from development to implementation in stores and online channels
- Brief marketing managers to form a promotion plan for Fintech products
- Mentor Fintech Business Development Managers
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Business Development Lead/Product Manager in Big Tech companies
- Strong communication skills
