In VTB they are looking for a Director of Business Development for Investment Products.
Investment products help clients manage their capital and find new opportunities for its growth. With their help, clients can build a personal financial strategy, track investment results, and make informed financial decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, support, and accompany sales of investment products (sales meetings, coaching, product roadshows, no individual attraction plan);
- Improve sales funnels and reach of investment products audience;
- Train and develop employees on investment products (VIP segment);
- Fulfill individual tasks set by the direct supervisor, providing relevant reports as requested;
- Know and comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, regulatory acts of the Bank of Russia, as well as regulatory acts and administrative documents of the Bank;
- Conduct analysis of the client base;
- Interact with clients, including representation and expert support of client-specific events.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience in sales of investment products, experience in developing employees and bank's investment products for at least 2 years;
- Experience in modifying the product line: understand how to change and enhance offerings to better meet client needs;
- Experience in conducting negotiations with top executives of companies, ability to gain rapport with the interlocutor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint programs;
- Proficiency in task and project control;
- Proficiency in specialized software for financial market analysis, specialized software for online trading in financial markets.
