In AlfaStrakhovanie-Life we are looking for a Director for the Development of Agency Sales.

You will be responsible for developing and managing sales of the agency network in the Private Banking and Wealth Management segments. As well as:
- Attracting potential agents and partners (financial advisors, independent consultants, private bankers, etc.);
- Integrating the company's insurance and investment solutions into partners' product lines, creating additional value and a new source of income for them;
- Developing sales through analysis of partner effectiveness, development and implementation of individual Action Plans;
- Building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners, conducting joint events with clients (webinars, closed meetings);
- Accompanying complex transactions, providing methodological support to agents, partners, and clients.

- Successful experience in building and developing an agency network in the Private Banking and Wealth Management segments (financial advisors, independent consultants, private bankers, etc.);

- Experience in personal sales of complex investment products will be an advantage;
- Readiness for mobile work and business trips.
