You will be responsible for finding and developing new sales growth opportunities. As well as:
- Analyzing the existing client base, products, and sales results;
- Generating new approaches for growing additional sales to existing clients;
- Influencing the growth of key performance indicators (gross premiums, penetration, increase in clients with 2 or more products);
- Proposing and testing new ideas and hypotheses;
- Scaling practices across the entire client base;
- Interacting with related departments and cross-functional teams.

- Completed higher education;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Successful experience in finding and implementing new approaches for growing additional sales based on the analysis of the client base and products;
