Federal Insurance Company Zetta Insurance is looking for a Director of Partner Sales Development Department.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a partner sales development strategy through the branch network to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Manage the full cycle of the partner channel: attraction, onboarding, development, and retention of key and TOP partners.
- Form, train, and motivate a team for partner development in branches, establishing a transparent KPI system.
- Build regular analytics: portfolio dynamics, partner and product economics, sales forecasting. Make operational and strategic decisions based on data.
- Be a driver of change: implement new products and work standards in the partner network.
- Develop long-term, trusting relationships with partners of any level, resolve conflict situations, and find mutually beneficial solutions.
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Successful experience in building and scaling partner sales in insurance or related financial fields for 5+ years.
- Strategic thinking and system analytics skills: ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Charismatic leadership, ability to unite and energize a remote team, high level of emotional intelligence.
- Negotiation experience at the level of top management of partner companies, ability to achieve constructive outcomes in difficult situations.
- Independence, high degree of responsibility for results, readiness to act in conditions of uncertainty.
Conditions:
- Official employment in compliance with all requirements of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
- Fixed salary + quarterly bonus + annual bonus based on performance.
- Hybrid schedule 5/2, Mon-Thu: 9:00-18:00, Fri: 9:00-16:45.
