Sales Director for decorative lighting manufacturer Maytoni
Decorative lighting manufacturer Maytoni is looking for a Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Development:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for all channels (regional sales, project sales, distribution, wholesale, e-commerce, export).
- Develop and implement Voltum's commercial policy, aligned with Maytoni's approaches.
- Identify and launch new sales channels, ensure their profitable development.
Management and Structure:
- Manage the regional sales team;
Form teams for channels:
- Project sales
- Distributors/Wholesale
- Online sales (marketplaces)
- Export (primarily Armenia and Kazakhstan)
Build an effective system for planning, reporting, and motivation of the sales department.
Operational Management:
- Ensure revenue and margin targets are met.
- In collaboration with marketing and product departments, form the assortment strategy and price positioning.
- Participate in negotiations with key clients and partners.
Requirements:
- Sales management experience (in a director/head of department role) in companies from the B2B construction materials, electrical, or lighting segments.
- Practical experience in building and developing multi-channel sales systems (regional networks, distributors, project sales, online, export).
- Skills in creating commercial policies, sales structures, KPIs, and motivation systems from scratch.
- Ability to think strategically while deeply understanding operational sales processes.
- Developed leadership qualities and experience in scaling businesses.
- Experience interacting with CIS markets is a plus.
