GRIDEM, a Russian beauty product manufacturer, is seeking a Sales Director.
You will be responsible for the strategic development of sales and achieving the company's ambitious goals.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for 1-3 years;
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs;
- Formulate annual and quarterly sales plans, and coordinate them with management;
- Set KPIs for the sales department.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop sales department employees;
- Motivate the team and monitor the achievement of planned targets;
- Conduct regular meetings and coaching sessions;
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
Operational Management:
- Monitor CRM system usage (data accuracy and completeness);
- Analyze the sales funnel, identify bottlenecks, and eliminate them;
- Prepare regular reports for management;
- Optimize processes to shorten the sales cycle and increase conversion.
Interdepartmental Interaction:
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and service departments to achieve common goals;
- Participate in new product launches from a commercial attractiveness perspective;
- Develop cross-selling and joint promotions.
Sales Channel Development:
- Strengthen relationships with key partners and marketplaces;
- Identify and implement new distribution channels;
- Expand geographic presence.
Candidate Profile:
Experience and Skills:
- Successful experience in a management sales role for at least 3 years (preferably in the beauty/FMCG sector);
- Experience in building or restructuring a sales department;
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets (provide examples with figures);
- Deep understanding of sales techniques and management methodologies (SPIN, Challenger Sale, etc.);
- Proficient in CRM systems (Bitrix24, etc.);
- Business analytics skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau – a plus);
- Experience working with marketplaces and federal retail chains.

Will be a plus:
- Higher education in management, marketing, or economics;
- Completion of specialized sales management and leadership training;
- Knowledge of English (B2 level or higher).
