Head of Sales Department / Commercial Director. (Company turnover over 5 billion/year)

Direct reports: Sales department 15+ people
Responsibilities:

Requirements: Experience: at least 5 years in commercial roles, including at least 3 years as a Commercial Director / Sales Director or Development Director in a company selling electronic components. Experience with State Defense Orders, Federal Law 275 is desirable. Deep understanding of the specifics of project sales with a long cycle, tender procedures, and working with key clients.
Skills: Advanced strategic planning, financial analysis, business process and organizational structure building skills. Experience in negotiations at the top management level of companies. Proficient in Bitrix CRM and business analytics systems.
Personal qualities: Strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, results orientation, ability to make decisions under uncertainty, developed communication skills.
