A major international manufacturer (industrial production) is seeking a Sales Director for Russia & CIS.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure knowledge and compliance with all relevant company policies.
- Ensure the maintenance of all process components within the information security, quality, energy, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, food safety, and other management systems, including monitoring risks, opportunities, objectives, and KPIs.
- Complete assigned awareness training and maintain team member awareness.
- Ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions according to procedures.
- Report information security incidents in accordance with internal rules.
- Participate in external audits related to company-managed processes.
- Participate in assigned training and meetings and provide feedback as needed.
- Support company onboarding and familiarization processes.
- Distribute workload and responsibilities within the team.
- Train team members and support development plans.
- Identify competency and qualification needs and recommend appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with HR to strengthen talent acquisition processes.
- Lead sales departments to achieve or exceed target indicators.
- Oversee forecasting and evaluation of business opportunities.
- Lead strategic sales planning and execution.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Support the development of new accounts.
- Ensure market and competitor analysis is conducted.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
- Develop and manage proposals, commercial offers, and presentations.
- Participate in negotiations with key clients.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular visits.
- Ensure the use of price matrices and discount models.
- Manage commercial financial responsibilities, including risk management and debt collection.
- Monitor reporting on sales performance indicators.
- Develop and manage distributor agreements and business plans.
- Create strategic plans to increase sales on projects.
- Perform problem-solving functions for subordinates.
- Support the professional development of team members.
- Implement management and communication structures.
- Monitor KPI reviews and improvement projects.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and compliance with expected quality standards.
