The SNS Group of Companies is seeking a Sales Director for Foreign Markets.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing sales in the CIS, Asia, Africa, and South America markets through local distributors. Strategy, tactics
- Market analysis, regular market monitoring, studying development trends, competitors, identifying the most effective sectors of presence
- Calculating individual commercial terms, actively searching for and engaging local distributors
- Achieving sales plans, managing shipments and accounts receivable
- Preparing trade marketing events and controlling their execution
- Systematic work on business trips with distributors (market tours, developing mutually beneficial business contacts, presentations, working with subordinate teams)
- Recruiting a team, managing the main financial indicators of the division, adhering to the product promotion strategy
- Launching new products and expanding product assortment representation
- Searching for clients at international exhibitions
- Team management and reporting
Requirements:
- Similar experience in developing sales in the CIS, Asia, Africa, and South America markets for at least 5 years in an FMCG company
- Fluent English
- Experience in developing product promotion strategies, trade marketing plans
- Significant and confirmed experience in searching for and attracting major clients, negotiating with decision-makers regarding cooperation
- Strategic approach, high results orientation
- Personal qualities: high level of responsibility and self-organization, independence, multitasking, stress resistance, work capacity
- Readiness for business trips accounting for at least 50% of total working time
