Large international food producer and distributor Dalimo is looking for a Branch Sales Director to join their team, who is ready to dynamically develop the business in terms of turnover and profitability across all sales channels in their area of responsibility through effective management of the division.

Responsibilities:
- Plan the strategic development of the branch business and the implementation of the plan across all sales channels (chains, HoReCa, wholesale, retail) throughout the territory of responsibility
- Analyze the market, economic trends, and competitors, and seek opportunities to implement successful cases in the territory of responsibility
- Build business processes in sales departments to improve work productivity and employee performance quality
- Form a team and ensure an optimal organizational structure and cross-functional interaction
- Participate in negotiations with major partners and make key decisions for the branch.

Candidate Expectations:
- At least 3 years of experience in a management position in sales
- Knowledge of sales channels — HoReCa, Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, wholesale
- Ability to make quick decisions and work in a multitasking mode
- Strategic approach, sales skills, understanding of business architecture
- Experience in the FMCG sector will be an advantage
