A food producer is looking for a Sales Director: strategy, distribution, and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop sales strategy in Kazakhstan and expand export. • Build a distribution network and expand geography. • Develop traditional and modern trade, sell-out and point-of-sale presence. • Manage field teams and achieve commercial KPIs.

We are looking for you if: • You have 5+ years in leadership positions in FMCG sales, preferably in food products. • You have built national-level distribution. • You have managed regional and field teams. • You have proven results in sales growth and coverage.
