Due to the rapid growth of the CIS business, we are looking for a Sales Director for Central Asia to join our team, based in Almaty/Tashkent.

Currently, we are represented in all CIS countries (KZ, KRG, UZ, TJ, TRK) + potentially Afghanistan, Iran, and Pakistan.

Description

Due to the rapid growth of the CIS business, we are looking for a Sales Director for Central Asia to join our team, based in Almaty/Tashkent.

Currently, we are represented in all CIS countries (KZ, KRG, UZ, TJ, TRK) + potentially Afghanistan, Iran, and Pakistan.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of management experience
Knowledge of FMCG, Pharma, E-commerce markets is mandatory, Dental is desirable
Proven success list (sorry for the excessive Anglicism, but we always check references)
Experience working in more than one of the specified markets
Absence of burnout symptoms
Desire and belief in the possibilities of a significant increase in market share (for reference - the current share of the region in Russia's sales is less than 3%)

Conditions: Discussed individually, bonus part is tied to results.
