A fintech company in the SME financing sector, part of an international group, is looking for a commercial leader to build a partner sales channel from scratch.

Key responsibilities: • Build partnerships with major companies at the owner and top management level. • Initially, personally sell the credit product and close deals. • Scale the department and build a team.

We are looking for you if: • You are a Commercial Director, Business Development Director, or Head of Corporate Sales in a bank, financial institution, or large company. • You have a strong network among owners and top managers of large businesses. • You have experience selling complex B2B products and building partner channels.

We offer: • Income from 1,000,000 ₸ net: fixed + sales percentage. • 5/2 work schedule, official employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
