🚀 VACANCY: Partner / Channel Manager (IT Solutions) | Almaty

We are looking for a Partner / Channel Manager to develop a partner network and sell Citrix Enterprise solutions in the Kazakhstan market! Our client is an IT company specializing in digital infrastructure, data management, and corporate technologies. For over 15 years, the company has been helping businesses develop their digital infrastructure, effectively use data, and implement large-scale IT projects.

🌍 Presence geography: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, and Moldova.

💼 What will you be doing?

• Develop the existing partner network and attract new system integrators, resellers, and distributors.
• Formulate and implement sales plans together with key partners.
• Manage the partner pipeline, forecasting, and KPI achievement.
• Build long-term relationships with the management of partner companies at the CEO, GM, and BDM levels.
• Conduct regular business reviews (QBR), develop the partner program, and increase cooperation efficiency.
• Coordinate joint sales and marketing activities.

🎯 What is important for this role?

• 3–5 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Business Development in IT.
• Experience working with system integrators, resellers, and distributors.
• Ability to negotiate with decision-makers and develop strategic partnerships.
• Experience in managing the sales funnel, planning, and forecasting in CRM.
• A combination of strategic thinking, proactivity, and high operational discipline.
