Vacancy Description: CRM, email, LinkedIn, phone, digital tools, tools for working with commercial proposals, presentations, and estimates. · Proficient oral and written communication. · Basic proficiency in CRM, digital tools. · English language — B1 level or higher for correspondence and documentation. · Analytical thinking and ability to summarize information. · Ability to learn, diligence, responsibility. · Desire to develop in IT and B2B sales.

Will be a plus: · Internship or work experience in B2B, IT, web studio, or digital agency. · Understanding of IT development processes, DevOps, or cloud solutions. · Experience with cold calling and objection handling. · Basic understanding of ROI, finance, and marketing.

Responsibilities: · Qualify leads: companies, key stakeholder contacts, initial contact. · Conduct initial communications via email, LinkedIn, and phone. · Work in CRM: maintain database, record deal stages, and communication history. · Assist in presale: prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and estimates together with the technical team. · Schedule meetings and hand over qualified clients to the senior manager. · Participate in the development of sales processes and knowledge base.
