Conditions:

• Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
• Transparent salary: base salary 65,000 rubles (gross) + % of sales — your income depends only on you!
• Comfortable schedule: 5/2, from 09:00-18:00 or 08:00-17:00. Weekends are Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on the company's products, help them choose optimal solutions.
• Make phone sales to "warm" leads
• Process deals in the Bitrix24 CRM system, monitor payment of invoices.
• Comply with service quality standards and work according to approved scripts.

Candidate requirements:

• Proficient user of PC and MS Office programs.
• Demonstrates proactivity, result-orientation, and the ability to see tasks through to completion.
• Possesses competent oral communication skills and polite, effective communication abilities
• Experience selling reference legal systems (RPS)
