BelesAI develops its own solutions for the automation of business processes in education, management, and security, and also helps companies implement modern digital solutions. Job description: CRM system, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Google Meet / Zoom, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn. The necessary equipment will be provided for work. Sales experience of 1 year or more. B2B or IT product sales experience will be an advantage. Ability to independently search for potential clients, reach decision-makers, and arrange meetings. Skills in conducting negotiations, product presentation, identifying needs, and handling objections. Willingness to work with a sales plan and be responsible for results. Organization and ability to systematically manage deals in CRM.

Fixed salary + sales bonuses. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00. Office in Astana. Full-time employment. Opportunity to work with a developing IT product and directly influence its development through customer feedback.
