Our product: complex expert solutions for business. Average check: 1,000,000 ₽. Deal cycle: from 2 months.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced sales manager who can handle long deals and doesn't lose clients during the second month of negotiations.

What you will do:

• Manage the full deal cycle: from initial contact to signing the contract and handover for support. The average cycle is 2-3 months.
• Conduct online product demonstrations. This is a full presentation of the solution, not a "scripted call".
• Work with a personal client pool. The base is segmented.
• Prepare commercial proposals with the support of the Commercial Director and General Director.
• Manage CRM (Bitrix24) — transparently and without bureaucracy.

What we offer:

Income: 90,000 – 180,000 ₽ + quarterly and annual bonuses.

Income structure:

• Salary 50,000 ₽ — fixed, official, from day one.
• KPI for activities: up to 30,000 ₽.
• KPI for product demonstration: from 20,000 ₽.
• 13% of revenue from each closed deal. With a check of 1,000,000 ₽, this is 130,000 ₽ from one deal.

Everything is official: Personal Income Tax, work record, vacation, sick leave — from day one.

Fully remote or a comfortable office in the center of Krasnodar — your choice.

• Schedule: 5/2, from 8:30 to 17:30 Moscow time. Weekends and holidays are yours.
• Equipment: corporate telephony, CRM, access to Zoom — we provide everything.
• No micromanagement. We value results, not the number of buttons pressed.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales from 2 years.
• Experience in managing deals with a cycle from 2 months.
• Experience with checks from 500,000 ₽.
• Confident conducting online presentations and video meetings (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
• Skill in working with decision-makers (directors, chief accountants, lawyers).
• Knowledge of Bitrix24 or similar CRM — an advantage.
• Competent spoken and written communication.
