The role of Regional Manager involves a wide range of tasks aimed at the effective management and development of the brand's stores.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning, operational management, and development of the VILET store network
- Competitor monitoring
- Opening new stores
- Preparing stores for sales and collection changes
- Developing and implementing programs and events to increase customer loyalty
- Coordinating interaction between sales, production, and logistics departments
- Sales planning and forecasting, monitoring sales budget execution
- Developing and optimizing the existing sales management system
- Staff training and certification
Requirements:
- Spoken English language proficiency (A2-B1+)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Possess a sense of style, interest in the fashion industry, and experience with merchandising for women's clothing stores
- Customer orientation
- High level of motivation, responsibility, ability to work independently and in a team
- Understanding of key store commercial indicators
- Ability to train people
- Willingness to travel on business
- Proficient PC user
- Willingness to travel on business
- Readiness to work an irregular work schedule (in-store operations)
