A major distributor of auto parts BERG Holding is looking for a Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in the development and implementation of a commercial strategy aimed at increasing market share and improving operational efficiency.
- Identification of development potential for existing and new sales channels based on market analysis.
- Participation in improving the management structure of sales channels.
- Development of a sales management system: defining areas of responsibility and functions of sales and related departments, regulating sales organization business processes, forming work standards for departments and employees.
- Participation in the development and implementation of operational distribution development plans in target markets.
- Coordination and control of achieving sales performance indicators for assigned departments.
- Management of customer pricing.
- Development and implementation of measures to increase sales, change management.
- Management of data analytics, reporting, and departmental budgets.
- Participation in improving the personnel motivation system (KPI).
- Implementation of measures to improve the qualitative composition of the management level: assessing the competencies of current employees in the commercial block, participating in personnel selection for key positions, monitoring the adaptation of new managers.
Requirements:
- Higher education required: technical (+ higher or additional – “Management” or “Economics/Finance”).
- Experience in the relevant market: auto components, lubricants, car chemicals is mandatory.
- Experience in a management position (Sales Director, Commercial Director) for at least 3 years.
- Experience in strategic and operational planning.
- Successful team management experience (heads of sales departments).
- Experience in conducting negotiations at the Decision Maker level.
- Experience in managing (participating in) the development of technical specifications for the IT department for the creation of accounting and reporting systems (ERP, CRM).
- Deep understanding of the aftermarket market, key players.
- Skill in strategic and operational planning, budgeting.
PC Skills:
- Proficient MS Office level.
- CRM work experience.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working in Bitrix24.
- Additional education in “Project Management”.
