A major construction materials manufacturing company, a leader in its industry, is seeking a Deputy Commercial Director B2B.
Work in Saint Petersburg

✅ Main tasks:
- Participation in the development of sales strategy in the B2B channel.
- Development and implementation of professional channel development plans.
- Management of a geographically distributed sales team.
- Formation of business partnerships with major clients in the regions, taking into account the Company's strategies. Personal negotiations with top management of client companies.
- Responsibility for increasing product sales volume.
- Organization of the distribution system.
✅ Requirements:
- Higher education (construction, design, technical).
- ‼️Mandatory experience as Sales Director, Deputy Commercial Director in a large company with responsibility for all of Russia.
- Considering candidates only from the construction materials market.
- Knowledge of software: 1C, MS Office, CRM Bitrix 24.
- Management competencies, strategic vision, systematic approach.
