An IT company 1C-Perspektiva is looking for a Director of Strategic Client Relations.
1C-Perspektiva is a major subsidiary of 1C. The company combines the industry expertise of SAP specialists, formed with the participation of international and Russian companies, proven over the years, and effectively operating in the corporate segment, as well as the "1C" platform, on which this experience should be successfully implemented.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive sales of the product and service portfolio of 1C-Perspektiva;
- Identifying opportunities, developing and selling large complex projects;
- Working with clients at all stages: from sales to project implementation;
- Coordinating and controlling the execution of tasks by the internal 1C-Perspektiva team during the presale stage;
- Collecting market feedback on 1C-Perspektiva products and services.
What is important:
- Over 5 years of experience in the IT industry;
- Knowledge of key IT technology areas;
- Understanding of existing ERP solutions on the market, problems during their implementation, and approaches to project execution for large clients;
- Ability to communicate in technical and business language with client representatives;
- Strong communication skills;
- Leadership qualities to organize team work within 1C-Perspektiva.
