Director of Key Client Relations T-L’Hermitage at T-Bank (ex. Tinkoff)
T-Bank (ex. Tinkoff) is seeking a Director of Key Client Relations T-L’Hermitage.

In the premium service segment, the team supports wealthy and very wealthy clients, offering comprehensive solutions for wealth management, tax optimization, inheritance, and individual support for daily matters.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive wealth management: assist wealthy and very wealthy clients across the full spectrum of financial aspects – from current banking operations to long-term asset planning.
- Investment portfolio management: form and implement individual strategies using classic and alternative instruments – direct investments in companies, real estate, works of art, and venture investments.
- Financial consulting: tax structuring, currency control, inheritance, and asset protection.
- Lifestyle and premium services consulting: provide exclusive services in education, tourism, and foreign real estate transactions.
- Client company interaction support: build relationships with legal entities and business structures through a single point of contact with the client.
- Develop the bank’s ecosystem: integrate the company's premium solutions into the client's life cycle and maintain long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working with high-net-worth clients, or more than 5 years in investment banking, asset management companies, or family offices.
- Higher education in finance, economics, or law; an MBA degree will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the structure of investment and banking products, tax planning methods, and insurance solutions.
- Ability to negotiate with top company executives, build long-term and trusting relationships.
- Possess flexible thinking, ability to work in a dynamic environment: quickly switch between tasks and act effectively in non-standard situations.
