The Novosibirsk branch of the mobile operator t2 (ex. Tele2) is looking for a Head of Corporate Business Development Department. The main task will be to increase the revenue of the corporate segment of the macro-region through the development of all B2B sales channels in the region, increasing market share in the corporate segment, and growing the subscriber base.
What you need to do:
- Develop corporate business to attract clients and increase market share.
- Ensure effective interaction with partners and cross-functional departments at the regional level.
- Participate in the formation and control of the corporate segment's regional budget.
- Control the sales volume to corporate clients by department employees.
- Implement and control sales strategies for government clients, participate in tenders and auctions.
- Participate in the development of marketing and trade marketing campaigns.
- Analyze the competitive environment and develop measures to attract/retain clients.
- Be responsible for the qualitative organization of work with corporate clients in the region in terms of sales, development, and service across all channels.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Knowledge of the "On Communications" law, legislative acts, and regulatory documents of the "Communications" industry that govern the industry's activities.
- Knowledge of the current situation and development trends of the telecommunications services market in the region.
- Successful sales management experience.
- Leadership qualities, team management experience, employee performance management.
- Knowledge of sales technologies, negotiation experience.
- Ability to holistically and structurally analyze problems, draw correct conclusions, and make balanced decisions.
- Communicative. Openness. Ability to learn. Skills in preparing reports and writing business correspondence, presentations.
- Experience with MS Office, specialized databases, and search tools, knowledge of Internet resources and tools.
