What you will be doing:
- Implementing the development strategy for mobile and fixed businesses;
- Developing sales and service channels for fixed and mobile communications;
- Participating in decision-making regarding project launches in mobile and fixed businesses;
- Ensuring the achievement of target KPIs;
- Increasing partner loyalty;
- Providing employees with necessary tools, information, and instructions;
- Organizing employee work, training, and motivation.
Candidate expectations:
- Successful experience in managing mass market sales and building an effective team;
- Understanding of sales channels and tools for mobile and fixed communication services in the B2C segment;
- Knowledge of management fundamentals, sales techniques, marketing, and HR management;
- Negotiation skills;
- Ability to focus on set goals and tasks;
- Ability to make decisions in situations of uncertainty.
