Head of Department at Cloud Service Provider Cloud.ru
Cloud.ru, a cloud service provider, is looking for a Head of Department.
Responsibilities:
- Working with B2B clients: independent search and attraction of new clients, as well as processing of incoming leads through promotion channels.
- Interaction with clients and negotiations at all levels: technical specialists, business stakeholders, and top management to build business relationships and identify needs.
- Identifying needs for Cloud.ru cloud services, consulting on application scenarios, and conducting product presentations/demonstrations.
- Collaborative work with the team of architects and solution sales managers.
- Working with CRM and analytical systems: managing clients, contacts, and deals, recording key activities, planning and ensuring sales forecast achievement.
- Participation in industry events and conferences, conducting offline meetings with clients.
- Supporting and managing the client from initial needs assessment and testing phase to contract signing and commencement of paid use of Cloud.ru services.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of cloud service operational concepts, understanding of key usage scenarios and benefits of cloud services for clients.
- Experience in negotiations, presentations, consultations, and closing deals when selling technically complex projects.
- Ability to communicate at different levels within the client organization: technical, business, top management.
- Confident user of modern CRM systems, skills in working with reporting and analytics systems.
- Willingness to independently prioritize and plan your workday to achieve the required results while managing a large number of projects simultaneously.
- Will be an advantage: experience in attracting major clients and successfully closing deals in the field of cloud/IT services, high-tech products, or B2B SaaS.
