YASNO, a psychologist matching service, is looking for a Head of New Business Development (B2B).
We are seeking a Head of New Business Development who will build and scale B2B acquisition through all key channels and ensure exponential growth of the business line.
Your responsibilities:
B2B Client Acquisition:
- Develop the client base by attracting new corporate clients through direct sales, partner channels, and insurance companies. Achieve planned sales and revenue targets.
Sales Team Management:
- Lead the direct sales team and coordinate work with partner and external channels (including outsourcing and corporate partners). Recruit, train, set tasks, and develop employees.
B2B Business Line Development:
- Participate in the formation and implementation of the strategy for acquiring new corporate clients, as well as execute the operational plan for the development of the business line.
Improvement of Product Offering for Business:
- Participate in adapting and improving the company's products to meet the needs of corporate clients, interacting with product teams.
Development of Sales Channels and Tools:
- Improve sales processes: develop scripts, instructions, tools, and work standards to increase team efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Skilled in C-level negotiations and influencing top management decisions.
- Thinks systemically and can build scalable commercial processes.
- Strong in presentations and sales, capable of not only selling themselves but also setting the standard for the team.
- Demonstrates a high level of responsibility, energy, and ownership in achieving results.
- Experience managing a team of 3+ people: building processes, hiring, developing, and terminating employees.
- Proven experience in developing a commercial function in large or IT companies with revenue and business indicator growth linked to product and marketing.
- Experience in building and scaling partnerships and indirect sales channels (including strategic and product partnerships).
- Bonus points for: Experience in MentalTech/Edtech/HR-Tech/Med-Tech and other products that help companies care for their employees.
