Aspra Production Company (BSS Pharmaceutical Holding) is looking for a Head of Sales Group.
Aspra is a research and production company, a member of IFEAT, operating in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, and DIY markets since 2006. The enterprise is among the top five leaders in the production of perfumery and cosmetic products based on natural components.
Responsibilities:
- Development and control of the sales plan execution, achievement of planned indicators for shipment and profit for the company's product portfolio;
- Interaction and building relationships with sub-distributors, personal involvement in sales (working with key clients, conducting complex negotiations);
- Building relationships with KOLs, organizing and conducting marketing and training events;
- Implementation of approved marketing campaigns and activities for the company's product portfolio;
- Timely analysis of the competitive market, taking measures to achieve set tasks and planned indicators;
- Control of accounts receivable for the assigned client base;
- Participation in staff recruitment, control, and organization of the sales department employees' work to achieve target indicators.
Requirements:
- Experience of 3–5 years in B2B sales (cosmetology, drugs, pharmaceutical market);
- Experience in a leadership position (head of sales group/department);
- Proven successful experience in personal sales and strategy implementation;
- Deep understanding of the market for injectable drugs and cosmetic equipment, knowledge of key players and trends;
- Having your own client base, including distribution, is welcome;
- Experience in forming, motivating, and training a team of managers;
- Building sales processes, setting KPIs and controlling their execution;
- Sales analytics: working with the sales funnel, forecasting;
- Knowledge of 1C, CRM (Bitrix24);
- Developed negotiation skills;
- Willingness to travel for business.
