Yandex B2B Tech is looking for a Key Account Director for the «Medicine and Pharma» division.
The B2B Tech team develops a MedTech ecosystem of products: AI-assistant for doctors, medical voice assistants, big data analytics, plus basic infrastructure — Yandex Cloud, Yandex 360, Yandex Browser.
What you will do: • build partnerships with top executives in the industry: Ministry of Health and Department of Health of Moscow, top pharmaceutical companies, networks of private clinics and dental practices, pharmacy chains, insurance companies (Voluntary Medical Insurance); • lead complex turnkey deals with long cycles and tenders, balancing GR approach in the public sector and enterprise sales in commercial medicine; • assemble comprehensive industry solutions for specific client business needs (integration of AI-assistant into a clinic, transfer of medical data of an insurance company to the Cloud, deployment of Yandex 360 in regional hospitals); • be the "voice of the market" within Yandex and influence product development.
What is important: • 7-10 years in B2B/B2G sales of complex IT solutions for medicine (or in pharma/medical equipment with a focus on digitalization); • a wide network of decision-makers/influencers in various segments: ministries, top pharma, private and public clinics, voluntary medical insurance, pharmacy chains; • understanding of FZ-152 (Federal Law on Personal Data), medical confidentiality, specifics of public procurement and commercial tenders; • orientation towards the scale of the entire country and the ability to find non-standard ways to large deals.
