Guta Clinic (Guta Group) medical center is opening a vacancy for Commercial Director.
We are looking for a Commercial Director with higher education in Medicine / Economics / Marketing, and at least 3 years of professional experience in active sales and promotion in Clinics, including in leadership positions.
The Commercial Director must know:
- Civil and labor legislation
- The company's profile, specialization, and structural features
- Prospects for the company's commercial and financial-economic development
- The procedure for developing business plans
- Basic principles of financial planning
- Modern trends and concepts of sales and promotion of medical services in the market
- The organization's development plans and strategy, set tasks and goals
The Commercial Director must be able to:
- Analyze the current market situation for paid medical services and forecast the Clinic's demand for these services
- Promote Clinic services in the market
- Forecast expenses for the medical services promotion strategy and control expenses within the approved budget
- Analyze and plan the department's work
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the activities of the commercial department staff
- Fulfill revenue targets for insurance companies, legal entities, annual attachment programs for individuals, and commercial contracts
- Monitor the achievement of planned indicators
- Analyze the reasons for deviations from target indicators and implement measures to achieve target indicators
- Conduct negotiations and conclude contracts for the provision of medical services
- Coordinate and control the preparation of commercial documentation for timely payment of medical services by counterparties
