A Head of Sales Planning and Analytics is required for the pharmaceutical company NIJHPHARM.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of Sell-In sales forecasts, scenario modeling within operational monthly planning, and annual budget planning; interaction with marketing, logistics, and finance departments.
- Providing operational analytics regarding Sell-In (SI) and Sell-Out sales to the commercial operations department. Supporting the release of regular reports for national and regional distribution teams, as well as preparing non-standard reports and data slices upon request from the head of the commercial operations department.
- Managing planning algorithms, updating them according to business needs, including through interaction with IT specialists for forecasting systems.
- Controlling monthly accrual processes for distributor bonuses, and quarterly accrual of bonuses for clients (conditions and KPI results, calculation of amounts by channels and products, preparation of document templates).
- Supporting the price change process (issuing price lists).
- Supporting the auction monitoring process (by administering the interface in 1C).
- Assessing risks related to letters of guarantee.
- Participating in cross-functional projects (including ERP system optimization, development and implementation of new interfaces).
- Managing a team of analysts.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Analytics / Experience in Pharma / FMCG / Analytical skills / English proficiency from B1 level / Structured and systematic approach / Ability to simplify complex issues.
