Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a strategy for working with the company's key retail clients;
- Fulfilling the company's retail sales plans;
- Achieving target distribution levels for the company's drugs;
- Managing accounts receivable and payable, controlling the financial cycle;
- Setting goals and tasks for the team (up to 15 people);
- Developing the competencies of key account managers;
- Interacting with related departments: forecasting, analytics, finance.
Candidate Expectations:
- Higher education;
- Knowledge of pharmacy chains, experience working with federal pharmacy chains;
- Developed negotiation skills with authorized decision-makers (LPR);
- Ability to quickly and accurately process large volumes of information and make decisions based on it;
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team;
- Demandingness and developed time management skills;
- Willingness to travel on business.
