Main task – increase company turnover by developing the federal networks channel.
Responsibilities: · Management of the sales system for the federal networks direction; · Ensuring sales plan fulfillment, turnover increase; · Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients. Preparation and conducting negotiation campaigns with federal/local networks; · Development and implementation of promotion programs in networks, analysis of their effectiveness; · Work on expanding the product assortment on shelves; · Building a professional team, developing and implementing a motivation system, employee training;
Requirements: · Higher education in economics, management, or marketing; · Mandatory experience working with federal food product sales networks for at least 3-5 years; · Ability to negotiate with category managers and buyers of federal networks;
Conditions: · Functional subordination to the owner; · Income from 12 million per year. 500,000 rubles per month + KPI + annual bonus (discussed individually with each candidate) • Office in Moscow
