A Divisional Sales Director is needed for the 12 STOREEZ brand.
About the Role:
- In the context of scaling and the increasing cost of errors, the company needs a leader capable of: quickly and accurately assessing location potential, negotiating at the level of top company managers, major shopping malls, and developers, implementing complex turnkey projects, reducing opening costs and timelines, while ensuring impeccable execution quality consistent with the brand's DNA.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a retail network development strategy in Russia and the Middle East
- Search and selection of locations for new stores
- Negotiation with developers and landlords
- Management of store construction and launch processes
- Oversight of operating stores
- Management of the development, construction, and operations team
- Coordination of external contractors and suppliers
- Formation and development of partnerships with shopping centers and management companies
- Budgeting and investment management for development
- Control of brand standards compliance in new and existing stores
- Optimization of internal processes for opening and operations
- Implementation of project management tools and automation
- Analysis of opening efficiency and operational costs
- Monitoring of the retail real estate market and competitive environment
- Search for new growth directions and brand presence formats
Candidate Expectations:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Development Director, Head of Store Construction and Opening
- Practical experience in turnkey store openings
- Understanding of the premium segment specifics, experience in this area will be a plus
- Deep knowledge of the commercial real estate and shopping center market in Russia
- Experience in negotiating with developers and landlords
- Knowledge of international markets and experience working in an international environment will be an advantage
- Experience managing complex multi-stage projects — construction, project preparation, technical launch
- Experience in managing retail infrastructure operations will be a plus
- Ability to build and optimize internal processes (store search, launch, maintenance)
- Experience managing project teams
- Experience in developing one's own team
