The agricultural holding Damate is looking for a Head of Department for Federal Networks (X5 RETAIL GROUP network).
Damate is a leader in the production of turkey, duck, and lamb meat, and also develops dairy farming and its own genetic projects. Damate includes Indilight, Ozerka, BazarCo, Salima.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a sales strategy for the X5 Retail Group network
- Market analysis, development and implementation of a development plan
- Maximizing sales and margin
- Building strategic partnerships with partners
- Interaction with trade marketing for category development planning
Requirements:
- More than 6 years of experience in sales, with the X5 Retail Group network for at least 3 years
- Successful experience in conducting negotiations and closing large deals
- Strategic planning and project management skills
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes
- High level of responsibility and independence
Conditions:
- Official salary, paid twice a month
- Work schedule 5/2 from 09:00 to 18:00 (Saturday, Sunday - days off)
