Tasks
- Development and implementation of commercial strategy
- Management of sales and marketing departments
- Development of key clients, search for new sales channels
- Procurement planning, demand forecasting, control of inventory and turnover
- Warehouse and warehouse personnel management
- Interaction with OMS Korea: coordination of supplies, control of deadlines and quality
- Transferring insights to the Product & Brand Development Director for new product creation
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Beauty/Cosmetics, including 5+ years in a leading commercial position
- Management of sales, marketing, procurement, inventory, and warehouse
- Fluent English - mandatory
- Korean - advantage
Conditions
- Income: Fix + annual bonus (discussed at the interview), Labor Code of the Russian Federation, Office near «Kaluzhskaya» metro station, Moscow.
